Lisa Boyadjian has been a paralegal with Weston Herzog LLP in Glendale since August 2022, providing essential support to the firm’s commercial unlawful detainer, and collection and real estate litigation practices. In addition to her work at the firm, Lisa shares her expertise at Pasadena City College, where she has served as a Professional Expert in legal studies since 2021, mentoring students and contributing to the academic side of the profession. Earlier in her career, she worked as a legal assistant, refining her organizational skills and deepening her knowledge of case preparation. Lisa brings diligence, accuracy, and a strong understanding of procedural workflows to her role at Weston Herzog, helping the team navigate complex litigation matters with reliability and precision.
Ashanté Flowers
Ashanté Flowers is a paralegal at Weston Herzog LLP. Drawing on her legal education from Whittier Law School, Ashante supports the firm’s core practice areas, including insurance defense and employment litigation. Her responsibilities include case preparation, document management, legal research, trial preparation and assisting attorneys through all stages of civil litigation. Ashante’s academic background and hands-on courtroom experience help ensure that the firm’s filings are handled with accuracy and efficiency. Heidi Putallaz
Heidi Putallaz is a paralegal at Weston Herzog LLP, bringing hands-on experience in civil litigation with a focus on personal injury and motor vehicle accident cases. Heidi has built her skills through her work with litigation law firms and volunteer service with the Public Defender’s Office. Her experience includes drafting motions, handling e-discovery, preparing subpoenas, and reviewing medical records.
