She has built a distinguished career representing businesses, insurers, and professionals in complex, high-exposure cases. Her extensive courtroom experience, combined with her strategic approach to case resolution, makes her a trusted advocate for clients facing litigation across California.

Professional Experience

Before joining Weston Herzog LLP, Ms. Hubert served as a Partner at Murchison & Cumming LLP, where she focused on employment and negligence litigation defense, including law and motion practice and courtroom advocacy. Prior to that, she spent nearly two decades at Gilbert, Kelly, Crowley & Jennett LLP, where she rose to Senior Counsel and Partner, specializing in insurance defense and employment litigation. Her role also included training associate attorneys and supervising paralegals, ensuring the next generation of litigators upheld the highest standards of legal advocacy.

 

Earlier in her career, Ms. Hubert owned her own personal injury law firm, providing her with a unique perspective on both sides of litigation.

Community Involvement & Leadership

Beyond the courtroom, Ms. Hubert is deeply committed to community service. She also serves on the Board of Trustees for La Salle College Preparatory High School.
